Shared Mailbox Viewing Issue

WatchGuard obtain Log

Retrieving  a support.tgz file during the problem for further analysis.  Before retrieving the support.tgz file:  Verify logging is on:  -- Using Watchguard System Manager (WSM) connect to the Firebox  -- Open Policy Manager (Tools > Policy Manager)  -- In Policy Manager go to Setup > Logging and ensure the "send logs to Firebox internal storage" option is checked.
