Shared Mailbox Viewing Issue

Issue:-
1. Shared mailboxes missing.
Resolution:
1.Logged into the O365 Portal using the Partner Admin credential.
2.Click on the shared mailboxes on the left navigation pane.
3.The shared mailboxes are listed.
4.Click on the check box of “user” and on the right navigation pane, click edit properties.
5.Under “user” mailbox properties.
6.Click on the Mailbox delegation tab.
7.In the full access permission box, the mailbox Archive (Old Employees) should be listed.

19.Opened windows power shell using admin privileges.
20.Run the power sheel command to connect to exchange online powershell

24.Add-MailboxPermission -Identity user2@domain.com -User user1@domain.com -AccessRights FullAccess -AutoMapping:$true
25.The ACE (Access Control Entry) already exist.
26.Logged into OWA using the account credentials archive@domain.com
27.Right click on Archive (old employees) and navigate by clicking Add shared folder.
28.Under Add Shared Folder window
29.Enter the name or email address of a user who shared folders with you.
30.Type the name user2@domain.com and click Add.
31.The shared mailbox D2 sales shows up in OWA (Archive (Old Employees)).
