Decommissioning a Small Business Server 2011 Standard without Exchange

Scenario: Client has their Emails hosted on Office365, applications on a new server, and new server is setup with DHCP/DNS/File Services. In the environment exists a Windows Small Business Server 2011 Standard server with FSMO roles, and the new 2019 Server. At the end of these steps, we should be able completely off this SBS server, and on our new Windows Server 2019 server. DNS on both servers are pointed at each other, meaning server A has server B as primary, and server B has server A as DNS primary.

Transition Process:

1. Run DC Diag to discover any possible errors or issues.
I ran into this error, but event logs ended up saying these completed after these errors showed up.

2. Transfer FSMO Roles

3. Performed these steps SBS-DECOM and DNS cleanup.
