Retrieving  a support.tgz file during the problem for further analysis.  Before retrieving the support.tgz file:  Verify logging is on:  -- Using Watchguard System Manager (WSM) connect to the Firebox  -- Open Policy Manager (Tools > Policy Manager)  -- In Policy Manager go to Setup > Logging and ensure the "send logs to Firebox internal storage" option is checked. To completely remove SSLVPN Client from a Windows device:  1. Control panel->System->Hardware->Device manager->Network adapters  Right click on "Tap-Win32 Adapter" and select uninstall.  2. Explorer to C:\Program Files\WatchGuard\WatchGuard Mobile VPN with SSL and delete folder contents.  x64 bit - C:\Program Files (x86)\WatchGuard\ 3. Regedit to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\WatchGuard\SSLVPNClient and delete key and contents.  4. If user has selected to Run on start then Regedit to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run and remove the "WatchGuard Mobile VPN with SSL" key.  5.
